Private Childbirth Education

I offer one-on-one childbirth education for pregnant people and their partners. Six hours of time learning together can be scheduled in one dat-long session or spread over a few meetings.

Some of the things we will cover:

• How your body and baby work together to give birth and what to expect as you go into labor and progress all the way through delivery to the first few hours together with baby.

• Common medical interventions and help understanding your options.

• How to navigate the hospital and what to expect from providers, and how to communicate with your provider about your preferences for child birth before you go into labor.
